Lack of proper reply from support email

I have follow the Instructions and connected the buzz box mini and it say”no data received yet” last update 4 months ago. From what I read I think my buzbox is In quarantined but I am not sure!

Also its instruction for installation are extremely poor . And the English in the instruction is poorly written

I sent several email for over a week! No reply.

Can some at this company please help a customer !!! You need to focus on customer service !

I starting to feel I pissed away 200bucks
