Problem with order

I’ve tried to contact you through several channels. But no response. I have an order with you for several weeks. But I didn’t get the product and you don’t even communicate. Where is the problem?

How long do you have to wait here for an answer? I understand that you’re doing new projects But you can not bother with your existing customers who objendlai goods but have not received anything yet :(. We are disappointed.
